Interior Black plastic Problem (fogging white after cleaning)

Hi guys,

I goofed big time.



bought some "castrol SUPERCLEAN degreaser" The stuff in the purple container, and used it to clean my interior dashboard.

worked well on dash except place that have black plastic.

(i.e. turn signal control and wiperblade control)

those parts have fogged white.



any kind of treatment I can use to get them back solid black.

thanks for any suggestions.
 
I had exactly the same thing happen to me on the radio plastic window. I polished it with Zaino and it's bee-utiful now!If you can do that or it doesn't work try Back-To-Black.

BTW can you buy zaino at any of the national chains or is it a internet only purphase?
 
You might also try a good plastic cleaner like Novus, Plexus, Sonax, etc. Also i found the forever black pre-cleaner to be pretty good (its the stuff you use to clean the trim before you put the dye on)
