Chemical Guys has a good range of air fresheners. Just a couple of sprays on the carpets.

I like Leather Scent and Coconut a lot.

You can pick up an air freshener bomb, and with proper instructions leaves the car smelling great. Air fresheners just cover up the scent, where as a bomb gets into the places where bacteria is. Some people on this site use the Lysol method of spraying it in the intake of A/C and let it go to work.

My personal favorite air freshener (at least for cars w/ leather) is a healthy application of Pinnacle Leather Conditioner the day before a sunny day. The sun baking the leather will make your interior smell like a brand new, leather car.

Of course if you dont have leather, that will not work. In a different thread, I put up a link for really inexpensive freshener foggers. For about 5 bucks, you can really make your car smell great for months.
