Well as a few of you know. Presidential Details has outgrown our last facility. Which we just moved into back in July. Anyways not much time to post a lot of pictures but here is a nice little sneak peak! Sorry the shop is a mess and a little full. We just moved in Monay and already had lots of work lined up. It has 2 bathrooms an office, storage room, and another room which may be a break room or chemical supply room. Not sure what we are gonna do with it just yet. I will be redoing the place with in the next month. It will be state of the Art.

Cool deal Barry. I'd love to see what the ouside parking area looks like. Where's the wash bay/drain? Looks like you can easily work on 7 vehicles in there without having to have somebody get out of the way (i.e. 3 on each wall and 1 in the middle back(. White celing looks perfect piece to great lighting. Glad you're outgrowing yourself.

See.....another reason why high volume detailing is great. Oh, I don't see a bunch or Minivans & Hondas in there either?? :rolleyes1: It's not about how nice your shop is or the cars you're working on. :photo:It's about being able to get them in & out quickly and profitably while making your clients pleased.

David it should be fun. Actually its gonna be run in stations. We will have a wet bay area which is in the area of the audi, subaru, and mini. Then it will go to a compounding area next. Then off to the interior area and then to the final out detailing area. Its actually a very nice setup. There are two drains located in the building. you just can't see them. I parked the cars over them. There smaller drains but very nice. As far as outside parking I think I have that covered!! lol See pictures below. There are a group of cars I left out of the pictures. I plan on doing a really cool write up on them.

Barry - looks very promising man! Love the extra space and the idea of moving cars though various work stations.

Only one concern from what I can see. I hear you that there are drains that would be suitable to use as a wet bay, but unlike your former setup, it seems to not be separated from the rest of the facility. Just thinking - is that going to cause a problem with humidity in the rest of the shop? Just wonderin.

If you need another set of hands for anything please don't hesitate to call. I'd be happy to help.

Great to see you movin on up!

Congrats Barry!

Huge place! Great flexibility to try out different internal layouts!

Oh yeah...if your electrical system does not have any capacitors installed, I strongly recommend a bank of capacitors. Significant reduction in electricity costs:razz::razz:

Barry Theal- Glad to see you're doing so well!

What did you do with the old building?

You satisfied with the security of the parking lot (I'm assuming you'll get cameras, wondering about that fence though)?

Barry - congratulations on your continued success. I have always enjoyed reading and learning from your in-depth and phenomenal write-ups. I look forward to seeing more of your work and hearing about the success of your new location. You really inspire me to hone my skills, can't wait to share my work here in 2011.
