Hi Everyone,

Here in Southern Oregon we have spring weather and I am ready to clean up my truck. Before Winter I had used Klasse AIO and then topped it with UPP. I want to try Klasse SG but I don't know when to put it on, after AIO or UPP?

And for those who do use AIO and UPP can they be put on in the sun and 60 degree weather?

Thank you, dakota04 :car

I can answer that. I have UPP and SG as well. This what I do. AIO,SG and do LSP.
UPP is sealant, this same as SG. I would use one sealant at time, dont mix them.

Be patient and Jngrbrdman will probably jump in here. He has used UPP and SG alternately for quite some time and seemed to be happy with it.

I've use a lot of AIO and UPP, but have never had to use it in the sun. Since AIO is a wipe on, wipe off product, it might be OK. Getting UPP spread thin might be a problem and I don't know what removal would be like, either.
If you can't find a shady spot, try going to a mall parking ramp. Several in our area have lots of open shady spaces and I have waxed a vehicle in one while waiting for my wife when she went shopping. :)

I would suggest that you put UPP on top of SG for the first layer and then go from there. I have done alternating layers before and actually I have found that I liked the appearance better when I just picked one or the other. Product combination and layering used to be my middle name. :D I've learned that to me it just looks better to keep it simple. I am still known to layer UPP on top of SG once in awhile, but after that first layer of SG I will stick to UPP for subsequent layers. Mixing them up too much makes the reflections look blurry and cloudy sometimes. Just my experience...
