Just One More Coat
We moved into this house 14 months ago...(i know seems like yesterday
) When I transferred all my services over the newspaper for what ever reason was one that I had problems with...they delivered for one week, then it stopped...called in and they said they didn't have my new address (go figure)...this went on for about a month...I would go out and it was not there, I would call and they said that I had canceled...NO!!...then they had problems with billing saying that the card on file was not working...that's funny everyone else including the wife are not having problems with it!!!:wow:...
It got to the point that I told them either get it right or I would cancel the subscription.....so I got a call from the head person at the subscription department....they assured me that it was taken care of and thanked me for my patience in the matter...
So here in lies the issue....about three months back we had some issues with our bank account....Wells Fargo said that it looked like someone hacked into one of our accounts
...they decided to close that one and reopen a new one for us, they covered everything that was missing:bigups
That account had the auto pay thing for the newspaper...in this whole time they have not stopped delivery, called or sent any mail about the card not working.
My issue is do I call and say something, or just let them keep delivering the paper.
To top it off...I looked at past statements from the old account...and they have not billed me for the last year:notme:
