IK9 Foamer Issues

I have an IK9 foamer sprayer that i`m having issues with. It seems like it`s constantly getting clogged and doesn`t spray well. I have to take it apart and clean it out for it to spray properly. What can cause this? Maybe i`m not mixing the car wash soap well enough? If that`s that`s case what do people use to mix?

Manufacturer recommends rinsing out after every use with warm water.... i’ve had 2 break one was doing that with brakebuster before kaputs.

I feel their kinda cheaply made and have moved onto marolex. Night and day difference in build quality

I`ve been having to wash it out before every spray to spray correctly. Really a pain. I have one of their smaller handheld sprayers for wheels and it`s worked great.
