Not to long ago there was a post of a car with an unbelivable mirror image that was clamed to be a black car. While surfing on the web I actually found a car that was compleatly coated in silver!!! (this is my first thread so if the picture dosent come out i will just send the www. address for the picture hope this workes) Here it is:yay

Not sure if the car was coated in silver. I watched a vehicle get "chrome paint" on tv somewhere. The car is actually painted black first, then dusted with the paint...... IIRC

that was me and the car was black just that the reflection and something to do with lighting and camera made it out to look like chrome.

I have seen pics of this car that you posted before.....not one that I would want to keep clean

That top pic is WAY photoshopped..that's the golden gate and SF in the back and from that angle there is place on that side of the bay that looks like that

that first picture isnt an m3, its a chop of a 3er...but yea, same finish.

I believe that M3 had a specialized paint job that cost over $40 000 just to do. No full chrome as in the medal, but a special paint.

The M series cars are no different in the type of paint, the only thing that you can get different is in their European delivery you can order special colors, and leather extras...
