I'm having a sweet deck built, it will be covered and screened in. It's going to have a vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, 2 remote controlled fans, plenty of outlets, 2 glass doors and a open sunning area......none of that is really pertinent, I'm just pumped!!
It is going to have cable so I can watch the fights, the games, the races etc. My question is, without spending $2k on a true outdoor-waterproof-temperature resistant-sealed in television, how can I keep a TV outside year round.
Rain will not be able to get to it (barring a hurricane), I'm in Alabama, so humidity is an issue but extreme cold is not.
Anybody have any ideas? I guess I could just have my guy build some wooden doors, but would that be enough?
I've seen many waterproof TV's online, but they seem to be mostly for baths and kitchens, and tend to be small.
Any suggestions will be appreciated !! :bigups
