I wish properautocare sold....

I wish properautocare sold Zaino. Eckler's is allow to carry this product. Why not CMA. We could use our CC, their customer services is excellent, they usually ship the same day of the ordering and most important one can track the shipment and plan detailing projects knowing when a item will arrive. In this modern age of information direct ordering from Zaino leaves a lot of gaps ( drop check in the mail and wait). Zaino does not send any confirmation of tracking info. :(

CMA please consider offering Zaino along with the other fine sealants in your lineup (Klasse and Blackfire). What are other opinions on this subject?

I am not sure but I was under the impression that Blackfire was developed by the owner of properauto car as an alternative/ direct competitor to Zaino. While it would be great to order all our stuff from one place, I don't think Sal Zaino will be to happy to put money in the pocket of a direct competitor. From a Zaino perspective they might even lose money by losing customers (like myself) that by direct from them.....

Yeah, it's not really up to CMA. Even if they wanted to carry Zaino, Sal would likely not let them. Sal is very very selective about who sells his product, and I understand his position.

blkZ28Conv,
Many Zaino distributors take PayPal online and can get you your order in a matter of a couple days.

Here is the distributor in VA:
Lynn Kennedy
757-421-0831
[email protected]

You might want to contact him/her and see if they take CC orders. It's much faster than going "Postal."

I'll try Lynn Kennedy for my next order. Even if he/she does not take CC in-state mailing will only take 4-5 round trip.

Thanks again MM :bounce

Well i got ahold of Terry Freiberg (owner of CMA) today. Nice guy!!! I asked him why he doesn't carry Zaino products and in a positive reply he said he has talked to Sal recently, asking him that he would like to carry his products. Sal declined. Said that he wasn't interest at the moment. I like several of Sal's product but personally I like it is pretty poor to wait such a long time for his products. My last order took over three weeks. While I have had some ups & downs with CMA, I think CMA is a lot better way to do business.

Jadejeepster, where in South Florida are you? I know there is a distributor (at least there was) in Ft. Lauderdale. The first time I had heard about Zaino I was on vacation and wanted to buy some right away LOL!!! But I was unable to hook up with the guy.. At least it might ship to you a lot faster... I am in NY and it usually onl takes 3-4 day's from when I mail the check...

(A4 No More) North Maimi Beach. So far their is no one that I know of. I've tried several car boutiques, maybe I have missed one! jj

Maybe Zaino could re-work their web site and offer to sell it over the net themselves. Don't know the financials of Zaino but setting up an online selling presence shouldn't be to bad, CMA uses yahoo, maybe Zaino could too. I guess it all depends on the overhead of how it is now vs selling over the net for Zaino, some companies can hack it, others might not be able to.
