I want a new rotary..

[quote name='Accumulator']You're referring to the Flex 3401 there, right?

I have tried both the 3401, and also the lightweight version. Both seem to lack the grunt that the DeWalt has. I do a lot of wetsanding in my shop, and when you're cutting out sanding scratches, the DeWalt is the one to have. I also have a Snap-On which is comparable to the DeWalt.

JohnKleven- Both of those sound similar to the Milwaukee I used back in the day, heavy but durable and zero bogging down. I've done OK with 3-4K scratches using my Flex 3401, but yeah...it's nothing like doing it via rotary.
