Nice job. What did you think of the product? Easy to use? Impressed with the results?

thanks Ben - I'd say both products are very user friendly and made a very big difference.

I am a perfectionist and the truth is that I have a limited time to use a garage with lighting that is less than good so my ""swirl remover" step was not very effective since I started detailing after 5pm. I couldn't see the results - it loked good at the time but once I started wiping off the cleaner, the swirls were still there. I do have a wool pad, maybe that is what I need with the finesse it II. If that doesn't work, I'll get a bottle of #83. Also the car was repainted 2 years ago due to hail damage and the paint has not been the same.

See what happens when I apply VM & EX+P

Some painter guy at a bodyshop a friend of mine use to know. We started a VW club years ago and we all had him paint our kits. He would paint for us "after hours". I think he needed the extra money. I paid him $150.00 for the whole kit.

As far as matching the color - he used the factory code.

It should really be repainted - too many chips in the front bumper, that the camera doesn't show.
