Ok, im looking to get advice my paint problems below... I dont have a polisher yet and I think I want to try the PC and the HD UNO and some Poxy. Would the uno cut it with all my issues? lol. Would an orange pad be enough also? Also, will a normal trim dressing work for the plastic on my bumper? I was also thinking buying the 3d trim dressing for that. Thanks for the help, I know its pretty bad haha.

This im not sure if it will buff out. It looks like something roughed it up and looks like primer? Its not really rough though so im not sure.
