That is the shipping log for my nxt shipment. First they said it was going to Morton NY. when i am really in Webster NY, then the driver said that the package didn't have an apt. # on it, and when i called to confirm at megs. they said Apt H. Now, a few days after it was to be delivered, i have to go out to UPS and pick it up myself.



:grrr all i want to do is play with my new chemicals :(



Oh well i guess it happens The shipping was free anyhow (THANKS MIKE!!) Off to the UPS hub i go to pick up my delivery. At least i didn't have to drive out to california for it :wall
 
Wow! 8 days has been enough for a package to get here...Anywhere from the USA to Portugal, Europe... Guess you have bad service there :rolleyes:

First (Mike), I'm not looking for anything...



Second, I'd write to UPS. They are the one's, of course, who dropped the ball! Making you pick it up was their BIG mistake. They owe you.



Third, Iwas catching up with my bookkeeping today, noticed that I was charged $14.95 shipping by Meg's for my NXT order (plus a bunch of add'l products). One phone call to the order desk and a credit was promptly issued, with no discussion.



That was pleasurable.

I had the same problem with UPS several yers ago. I have stuff sent to my office since I'm not home during the day. The invoice had my office name for delivery, but the UPS address label did not. I ended up dringin into downtown to pick it up.



I also had the same thing happen a few weeks ago with Fed Ex Ground. I've ordered som uch stuff that the UPS and USPS guys know me by name. :D
 
The only problem I had with UPS is when we were ordering wall paper 5 or 6 years ago and they went on strike a day later. We would recieve the border on a tuesday, another few rolls on thursday, some more rolls on monday, etc. It was great.
 
you deliver some FANTASTIC cutomer service! It' hard when UPS screws it up!

I was/am waiting for my nxt and an order from poorboys. NXT was supposed to be here wendnesday and poorboys Thursday. Thursday got the little sticky note that nobody was home be back tomorrow. Someone was there most of yhe day but oh well. Friday got another note nobody home final delivery will be monday between 10 am - 2 pm. Somebody was for sure home all day friday I yell at girlfriend because now I have to wait all weekend(she's lucky it rained:D ) Monday comes and I am waiting listening turn tv down tell everyone in the house to be alert 2:30 comes, nothing. GF takes dog outside and sees final delivery notice on door she was home all day. well she learned her lesson and immediately called ups and tell them the problem they say they will make one more attempt tuesday and knock louder. This morning we get aloud knock and here is my nxt:bounce but where is my poorboys, UPS man says i have two boxes and he'll bring the other if its on his schedule. What!!!!

Oh Well guess I'm off to UPS tomorrow.
