How was your weekend?

Just kicked back, a couple colbeers and some music in the garage, like most weekends. Did get to clean the inside of the Jetta real good and cover the pool for the winter.

Cold beer is sounding good right about now, my buddy has a Heady Topper for me, saving it for the Chargers-Chiefs game end of this year.

My usual is Dos X.

Electrical work during the days.... Designated dave Saturday for my fiancé and her friends. My best friends wife had her baby so Friday night was spent at the hospital. 30 hour ALL natural birth... She even refused pain killers afterwards incase she could nurse the baby. All in all a good productive weekend.

O ya I forgot this is what I found this weekend while replacing one of the electrical outlets in the house for a client...Lizard eggs and rat crap. Ive seen plenty of crap in outlets before, plenty of fried lizards and insects, but never have I seen actual lizard eggs in a outlet.

Ain't that purdy?

Started preparing for the Audi arrival. Sold off the trade-in (2003 Acura RSX Type S). Now just need to clean out the 3rd bay in the garage, build some shelves, peg board, hooks, etc.

Also went for a joy ride in the Beetle (http://www.autopiaforums.com/forums/detailers-showcase/43517-my-toy.html) near the lake (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=lime...=us&ei=SLZvUo3CBMXt2wWkpYHICA&ved=0CCwQ8gEwAA select Directions A=lime creek rd & canyon springs rd, austin, tx and B=Lime Creek Rd & 2769, volente,TX). Nice and twisty with elevation changes and views of (what is left of) Lake Travis. Oh, and 15mph speed limit recommendations really are good ideas. ;)
