I noticed a lot of little dots of compound splatter, probably either Meguiar's heavy cut cleaner or #83, on my tool chest, lawnmower, dirt bike, etc. My old crappy rotary speed dial sticks sometimes, so I need to turn it up to get it to start and then turn it down to the speed I want (I ordered a Makita yesterday.)
Anyway, how do I remove these splatters without reverting to scratching them off with a fingernail? I just noticed how bad they were last night, I tried a little alcohol but that didn't do a thing.
