How To: Register and become an AutopiaForum member.

A guide to becoming an AutopiaForum member.

For visitors who are visiting web forums the first time it can become confusing on how to sign up and begin participating. Luckily AutopiaForum makes it easy to register and get started.

First, you need to select the register button link on the menu bar at the top of the homepage.

Selecting the register link will bring you to a new screen where you can briefly read of the rules and regulations of the forum. Select the box that marks that you have read the rules, then select register.

Selecting register will bring you to an information page where you will fill out your forum name, password, and email address. You can also select your time zone and the ways you choose to be altered to forum activity. Select Complete Registration at the bottom of the screen.

After selecting the Complete Registration you will be informed that your information has been sent to our moderation station and is awaiting approval. Once your approval has been authorized (with in 24 hours but usually much less) you will receive an email notice that informs you that it is now okay begin posting on the forum.

For those who are registering, here is a copy of the Forum Rules Text that you will be asked to accept.

Since I visit the chat box and see comments from people who register but then cannot post, I would suggest a comment (if it is true) that most can be expect to be approved with 1 business day meaning if the register on Saturday morning they may not get approved until Monday.
 
I am a member just do not know where to go to post anything. Where do you go to post???

You found this forum topic to post in so you have posted. From the Forums view, select a topic, and then either see a thread of interest and post a response (like you did here) or see a topic and select "new thread". This click box can be difficult to read depending on your system since it is often just below the banner ad on the left side (gray box with white text).
