I start my interior details at $50 on cars in condition I know will take under 1.5 hours. I go up from there, based on size and condition. I try to keep it in the $35-40 an hour range.

The proper question to ask is, what process did you use?

Steam knocks the time down considerably when cleaning leather. Quoting any job is a case by case basis depending what the answers to the qualifying questions are. We usually give a range in price, subject to visual inspection.

You would be much smarter to offer a basic package, at a much higher price, that includes both the exterior and interior.

In most cases, you will find that at least 80% of the people who only wanted the interior cleaned usually end up going for a higher priced complete detailing. The other 20% are usually not worth having as clients in the first place. It is basically up to you to provide potential clients with the benefits of doing a complete detailing rather than just doing the interior.

Always give your clients every reason to believe that, as a professional, you know what needs to be done when it comes to taking care of the appearance of their vehicle.

Be professional. Plan your work and then work your plan.
