How much does everyone pay for rent?

Just curious. I'm looking at a place for $1200, seems like it would be pretty hard to make ends meet for that cost, especially in the winter.

What does everyone else pay for rent?

That really is an openended bad question to be asking.

It really depends on location, state, city, town.

Rents sill not be the same in Nogales Arizona as in Great Neck, NY.

Remember, rent is a controlable cost, so it's easy to figure.

I'll tell you from my experiance...its hard to make ends meet when you have a $1200 rent payment every month. You've gotta really be knocking out some cars to be able to pay rent, insurance, taxes, utilities, supplies, etc and still be able to live. It adds up FAST and then during the slow months those bills are still there but less money is coming in. I dont know what you charge or what volume you do or will be doing, but unless your planning on high volume work its not a good idea.

Good advise MRC81 This is the reason people go mobile they unhook the trailer and call things a day. You also only have the insurance factor not the lights and other factors involved every month. Overhead it kills even the most well thought out plans. Keep your overhead as low as possible, that's the key to being around in the long run "YOU NEED STAYING POWER" ...:notme::idea:howdy

Just by looking at your price menu, you would have to do 8 large "delux details" to pay your rent. Now ask yourself how many you do in a month and if what's left over is enough for you to live off of?
