How long to wait before Zaino CS

I've just put 2 coats of Z5 on my car, how long do I have to wait before i put CS on? Can I put it on immediately or do I have to wait awhile for it to cure?
 
I tried to read the various directions on the website closely, and I think (hope) you can put the CS on immediately after removing the Z5 (and wiping down with Z6 or Z8). I just got done putting on an additional coat of Z2-Pro, and I following it immediately with CS (after removing the Z2 and wiping down with Z8). The instructions do say that you shouldn't apply CS over "uncured" wax, but I think that was in reference to non-Zaino products. If we're wrong, hopefully someone will jump in to correct us.
 
When I topped Z5pro x2 (zfx'd) with CS with z6 between the coats, I had no ill effects. It was topped immediately after the Z5pro was removed, and the paint wiped down with Z6.

I put the CS on right after I remove my Z2p or z5p. I usually try to wait as long as I can after the CS dries to do the Z8 though. I have found that if you top CS with Z8 it just looks unbelievable.
 
I agree with the above comments.



The only thing to add, or re-emphasize, is make sure you QD wipe down your paint 'clean' before using CS. If you have any product residue, smudge marks, they will show up.



Although you aren't using CS over another LSP... if you do in the future make sure you are aware of the cure (not dry) time before topping with CS.



If you follow the directions on the Zaino site, you'll be good to go.

Hmmm...So Z-8 after CS...Does that mean as a weekly follow-up it is unecessary to use CS? So there should only be a single coat of CS?
 
Does the CS count as one of the three maximum coats of Zaino in one session? Or can you do Z5/ZFX x2, Z2/ZFX x1 and then top it all of with a layer of CS? Mike...

You can top these 3 layers of ZFX enabled Z2/5 with CS. Just do a Z6 wipe down prior.:xyxthumbs



The 3 coat max only applied to the ZFX enabled sealants Z2 and Z5.
