I finished the first coat of P21S and was wondering how long I should let the first coat sit before applying the second.
How long between coats of P21S?

You don't really have to wait at all. Since it is the same wax you can go straight for the next coat. You could wait for a day and let the oils evaporate before going for another one but its not really necessary. If you were layering different waxes then I would suggest waiting a day between coats so they don't just smear together.
