How is my beginner plan for black car?

The black paint is about half a year old. It is very fragile and has many hair line scratches, along with some stains, and slight swirl marks. I assume the car was never waxed (recently bought). The finish is very dull right now. The paint job is very crappy... so I am not too sure if DACP is too abrasive.

Wash with Meguiars Deep Crystal

Dry with Waffle Weave

Clay with Meguiars Quick Clay

Wash with Meguiars Deep Crystal

PC w/ DACP + Orange Pad (debating DACP vs SSR2.5?)

This is where I need help with.

PC w/ Swirl Free Polish (or Swirl Remover? What is better?) + White Pad

and/or

PC w/ Klasse AIO + White Pad

WOWO w/ Klasse Sealent Glaze + Foam Applicator Pad

Maybe Natty's Paste Wax

No one here can really answer your question without seeing the car in person. My rule of thumb is to start off with a medium grade polish and pad and move up as needed, starting with the polish instead of the pad. Cutting pads with a PC can cause marring so I try not to use them if I don't have to.

I'm with Scott on this one. Working on Black Car's, esp under Halogens, can be an excerise in fustration. Any and all marring will show even light scratches from MF's.

I've found that starting off at the Medium range will cut my work time. Then I can go up if things aren't working out, or just polish out if things are.,

Ok... so far I understood to use a less aggressive combination. I thought DACP was a medium grade? Also thought PC was foolproof.

For the Klasse concern, should I use it after Swirl Remover #9?

Wash -> Clay -> Wash -> DACP -> Swirl Remover -> Klasse AIO -> Klasse SG ?

The PC is "foolproof" in that it will not burn the paint or take paint off of the edges. But with cutting pads it can cause some marring but does remove swirls very well. That's why you follow it up with a less aggressive polish to remove the small defects and any and all minor marring left from the cutting pad. Nothing to be afraid of, it's the nature of the beast in using a "foolproof" machine like the PC or Cyclo.

That said, being a black car owner, I will give you my combo(s) that I like just to give my .02 cents.

--Wash

--Clay

--Optimum Hyper compound or DACP (depending on the severity of the paint. may not be needed)

I would start here with a polishing pad:

--Optimum Hyper Compound/Polish 50/50 has worked great on swirls w/ a polishing pad

--Optimum polish or Menzerna final polish II

--Werkstatt Prime. (AIO if you have it or prefer it) To me Pime gives a wetter finish

--Werkstatt Carnauba Jett (PITA SG if you have it or prefer it) AJ or CJ to me gives a better look

--For me topping CJ with Trade Secret, Natty's Blue or White makes for a perfect finish.
