How does this look?

I know its not from Autopia, but I find this site to be more helpful. Looking at ordering my first real detailing supplies. Any suggestions/comments? Thanks!!

I just used Nano for the first time and I really like it. It's pretty easy to work with compared to the SIP. Definitely go for the 106ff.

get more mf towels, one can never have enough. since you're ordering from AG, get the super plush and cobra jr's...

+1

I go thruogh towels like crazy. I have 3 cars to keep up and with washes (and probably a little LSP application) alone I use 14-16 towels.

I would suggest getting smaller bottles of products just in case you dislike the products. It will save you some money since this is your first real detailing supply order.

+1 I have thrown away so much unused product that I did not like

Good start.

I'm this close from telling you to buy the buckets while your at it. I bought some grit guards and just figured I'd go to Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, yada yada to get a bucket. Well after 4 trips I finally found some buckets that work! Problem is most of the buckets taper down at the bottom causing the grit guard to only go half way down.

Get at least one more wash mitt, I use one for the wheels and one for paint but even if you have 2 for paint its nice to have a backup especially if the car is very dirty.

i just bought some new buckets at smart & final yesterday ($3.xx), and they have the 4 gallon buckets, which are nice & small and not big like the 5 gallon ones (too big and use to much water). the grit guard fits in there, but doesn't go completely down to the bottom, which isn't a big deal since there is only about a 1/2 inch gap or so (would solve the GG from floating for some, as you can push it down snug) where the grills completely touch the bottom of the bucket (once again not a big deal). these are perfect IMO...

Thanks a lot guys for the help. I will look into it later tonight when I get home.

For getting smaller bottles of the polishes, I am only seeing one size of each of the Menzerna polishes...

Well after a little tweaking I think I finally got a "final" order. Hopefully if it looks okay I am going to order tomorrow morning. Only thing is clay. My truck has some over spray on it so I probably need some aggressive clay, I can't find that on their site. I found some on glimmerglassdetailing.com though...
