How do you guys get a picture under your name?

Hey guys I was wondering how to get a picture under your name? http://www.autopia.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=42500&perpage=18&pagenumber=1 Here is a thread that will help me explain what I mean. You see MattZ28 then Obsessed Detailer and then his picture of his camaro. Would I do the same thing with the IMG thing at both ends with the url in the middle?

"user cp" up top, "Edit Options" in the middle navigation bar, "Change Avatar" towards the bottom. You'll need a 100x100 or smaller picture, and the filesize can't be larger than 7800 bytes. You can upload it from your computer or link to it from a website.
