I was wonder how cold is to cold to klasse my car. If its 40 degrees in the day and i apply SG to the car end leave it on over night. Now over night it drops below frezzing is that bad.

I found below freezing, SG turns to a gooey substance. So if it is warm and it dries before it freezes you should be okay. Never apply SG below freezing.

Below 40 would be too damn cold. I used to get the best results from waxing in that temp range though. I put another coat of PPG on 2 weeks ago when it was about 40 and it was fine. Klasse would have worked just fine. Just don't do it in the 30s. It would be too cold for you if anything.

So aslong as it dries before the temp drops below frezzing and it sits there over night until I take it off the next when its loke 40 I will be O.K.

You see the problem is that I am getting a new car this week and I want to get at Least 1 coat on before it is to cold. I dont mind it being cold but will my car

2 hours should be long enough for SG to dry. SG is not Zaino which can sometime require this long to dry in humid or cold conditions. But now with ZFX that is not an issue with Zaino anymore.

if you can't feel your extremities and you starting to hallucinate, you need to go inside.

some have Klassed in the lower forties definatly, seldom in the upper thirties, but that should be as low as you would want to go

I doubt there will be any damage but the effectiveness will be compromised perhaps.

In its gooey state SG is hard to apply thin. You will just waste product. The thicker SG is applied, the harder it is to remove. Since it is below freezing the SG may never cure properly and you could be wasting your time.
