Have some rust blooms below the window... would you guys use a cotton swap to agitate some Iron X or decon in there?
How can I clean this tight spot beneath the rear window?

I'd first see if the ValuGard bug pad (saturated with "B" of course 
) will fit in there. IF not some cloth, MF or cotton, oughta.

You can also wrap a nylon pry tool or nylon putty knife with a MF and run it in there.
