hot hot hot!

Well I seriously considered placing a bunch of fans in the garage, but I was afraid about dust getting kicked around. Ya see, my garage isn't a dedicated detailing garage. I have lots of other tools, mowers, junk that doesn't go anywhere else, etc all in my garage. Dust is rampent lol, even when I get most of it out with the leaf blower, it comes right back in a week or so.:( As a matter of fact, my parents painted the walls poop brown just so you don't see the dirt/dust like you would on white.

I would consider insulating the sealing since that would be pretty simple, but without insulation on the walls would it do anything?

Not sure if this is feasible for you, but have you considered installing a vertical discharge roof fan? The house I'm purchasing (in escrow right now) has one and I noticed the garage was nice and cool. Can't wait to move in....this house has a beautiful garage!

Go to Wal-Mart and get a cheap Windows Style A/C Unit they are like on clearance in most states now. Even a cheap $150 will lower the temp a few degrees.

I'm in the same situation with an uninsulated garage. Attached garage is on the west side of the house with an asphalt driveway. I added an attic fan in the ceiling and it reduced temps and moves some air.
