Horrible Brake Dust/Rust

Hey guys, I've had an issue with one of the wheels on my truck since last year. One of the brakes started eating into the rotor, and more or less covered the entire driver side of my truck in brake dust and rust. A few clay bars and the paint was fixed, but I still have a bunch of crap left on my wheel. I'm wondering if something like P21S and a lot of elbow grease will remove the rest of this stuff? Any other suggestions?

I was using degreaser, megs hot wheels, and some brush's I found around my house to get the wheel to look like it does in these pictures.

Like Meguiar's Wheel Brightener, which contains HF (hyrofluoric acid) or ABF (ammonium bifluoride, a related compound). These are extremely dangerous acids and should only be used with the proper knowledge and safety precautions.

I did however a few years ago see some Black Magic (I think) ABF wheel cleaner in Target, so it is possible to get some without online ordering or going to a pro supply shop.

Another option might be to go to a car dealer or car wash and ask them to clean the inside only. They usually have those kinds of chemicals on hand, and they should (yeah, right) take the proper safety precautions.
