Dear detailchick & Friends
Hey, there are dads out here who drive these, too! I is one.
The 2011-13 Odysseys have fifteen cupholders. We don't need that many, though, because I won't let my almost-five-year-old son eat or drink in the van. I always tell him, "No eating or drinking in the van."
Becky gets angry with me on long trips over this rule, but I'm a nazi about the van. We paid a zillion dollars for it and I want to take good care of it.
I don't understand the vacuum. Have you seen the video? There are some neat little pieces of candy that are vacuumed up. Let's see it vacuum up vomit, poop, and peepee. When little Joey drops his ice cream cone into the crack between two seats, let's see that vacuum suck that up.
I have a tiny Shop-Vac next to our van in our basement garage. It's always plugged in and ready to go. It's very quick and easy to vacuum day-to-day debris off the rubber WeatherTech floor liners. Dirt and other stains have cleaned up easily for me with Opti-Clean.
Today I gave the van a bath in Blackfire Wet Diamond Conditioning Shampoo and dressed her tires with a spray-on (1:1) application of Blackfire Total Eclipse Tire Dressing Gel.
I love this van.
If you see it rockin', don't bother knockin'. (Actually, if you see it rockin', you might check to make sure my son isn't locked inside.)
