Hi friends
My uncle had a black Honda Civic for sale, extremely clean beige interior. But the exterior was a mess, a complete mess! Swirls, scratches, uneven paint (resulting from a respray at certain point I guess), holograms were all there, added to the soft and sticky Honda paint. The most obvious horror
was its headlights. I was to restore its vision.

Scratches too!
The headlights were a real eyesore! It made the ride look older than her age.
Mission Clarity on the way
These were clayed (Uber Clay from i4detailing)
Wetsanding with Mirka sandpaper (1000, 1500, 2000, 2500)
Correction Underway
Makita rotary with Menz PG S34A on LC orange pad, followed by Menz 203s on LC white and finished with Menz PO85rd on LC black

The Bonus
Holograms, swirls and pinholes were ever present on the whole car along with the soft and sticky paint issue. You could feel the uneven surface. Buttime was my major constraint.I managed to free myself for half of the hood.

The roof was clayed, sanded 1500, 2000 and 2500 interchangeably to remove the least amount of clear, going least aggressive first. But the paint was a real soft one.
