I haven't tried this but I am skeptical. Where are the surfactants and emulsifiers? Hair conditioner is usually made up of softening agents and things to smooth the hair cuticle.
The only QD's I would use are the dedicated QD's, Shortspark's SG mix and the rinseless wash QD's from Optimum, DP and QEW.
