Holiday Bonus

I was planning on giving my assistant (part time) a $100 Christmas gift/bonus for the holiday. He does a terrific job and since he does most of my interiors now, I can't imagion doing an entire car myself. Just curious what you guys are doing for your help. Gary
 
My girlfriend is my part-time help and I give her plenty :D



That's a very nice gesture of you. How long has he been with you? How many days a week/hours does he work?
 
$100 to show you are grateful and appreciate his hard work...I think that is about right. I am sure he would be thrilled with the gesture of appreciation.



*edit* im scared to hire people to "help" me. It is so hard to find good, reliable help.
 
My staff will receive winter coats from Lands End, with embroidered logo...



Two of the three need them :( , and the third will love sporting the logo! Hats , too!
 
If you have good employees, it is definitely a good idea to reward them on an occasional basis. Good help is hard to find and a real shame when you lose them.
