Hi and a little advice (worn steering wheel)

Hi i have a low millage 1995 golf vr6 , i have picked up a rare mk4 cabriolet steering wheel ,which is a little worn at the top .



Are there any products available to dye/ treat the area , or the whole wheel .its black in colour and think it should be matt or satin finish at the most.



I am in the uk .
