[Help]windshield glass repair

Hello guys,



I have this truck in our office to repair, i wanna clean this windshield

I know the picture its a bit far, what i can say is when that pic was taken, the windshield was cleaned the max we could



many of the cars that come to repair have the same problem in the windshield and I wanted to start a new service, clean those windshield.

the best solutiuon i read so far, the Heavy Cut Cleaner is the best solution but what i read was at 2005, so its the best yet?

and small scratchs, EASTWOOD Diamond Cut



but i never see anything so bad like this windshield, there is any produtc capable to solve this?
