Help! Son changed my keyboard language.

I was on www.kneebouncers.com, and 16 month old somehow changed my keyboard to Hebrew. No English.
What do I do? It looks like this:

go to Settings, Control Panel, double click Keyboard. There should be a tab called either Language or Input Loacales, you can change it back in there.

It only gets worse as they get older!!
