HELP - Parking Attendant drew on my seat

The parking attendant at the garage that has always treated me and my car very well had a pen in his pocket when he fetched my car and left a 4 inch blue pen mark across my seat. Theoretically they should own fixing it but reality says otherwise.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to get this off my leather? I believe the pen was a Sanford Uni-ball.

I would suggest you take your car to a reputable professional. It is going to take a dry cleaning solvent to remove the ink. Even with the solvent, it may not completely remove the ink. If care is not taken with the solvent, the coating on the leather can be removed.

I was in a hurry so did not take the time for pictures. And now it is too late. 50% dilution rubbing alchohol followed bt 6:1 water/woolite followed by leather conditioner seems to have done the trick. Maybe slight damage to the leather finish but it is way better than the big blue line across the seat. Will have to wait until it completely dries and there is sun light to make final judgement.

Thanks for the pointers to the leather ink products. Most of them stated that the are only good within 36 hours of inking so I will have to order one to have on hand incase this happens again.

Atleast I did not have this happen...
