Hi I want to protect the paint of my new car but I also want it to be fast and easy. I was reading and found this products to be what I'm looking for.
Is one really much better than the other as far as shine/durability/water beading?

I will wash the car with - duragloss car wash or optimum car wash.
use a clay bar then apply the sealant.
this are the 3 choices

1.Opti-seal follow by optimum car wax - and after every wash use Optimum Instant Detailer & Gloss Enhancer

2.Blackfire Crystal Seal - and after the wash use blackfire Wet Diamond Polymer Spray or is the blackfire Midnight Sun Instant Detailer

3.Ultima Paint Guard Plus - after washes Ultima Detail Spray Plus

Thanks!

Fortunately you have chosen 3 top performers and all are quick and easy to apply. I personally have not tried Blackfire's Crystal Seal but from what I've read it's right there with the other two.

You cannot go wrong with any of these..:bigups

I would agree with Bobby. BFCS for short is fast and easy to apply, and looks great. It will give a great look and application is steak-free unless over applied.

I would add Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal to the short list. Tried it yesterday (review pending) and was really impressed. Between the ones mentioned, it depend on car color and finish desired (wet, clear, candy, etc.).

I have and use all 3 that you have listed (Old Opti-Seal) as well as the new WolfGang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal. IMO they are all very similar. You really can't go wrong with any of them. I have found the BFCS & WDLS to ever so slightly easier to use but it is really just splitting hairs at this point. I would suggest looking at the cost of your overall protection package and choosing based on that.

i agree with everyone else here, but you might consider using opti-coat and get a more permanent finish. more expensive though and you have to be careful not to apply too thick.

Be patient...I will be using and reviewing another sealant option today..

I doubt Nanoskin Shield Glass Molecule is a good option here. Especially since the directions call for applying it by HPLP gun and durability claims 25~30 car washes.

If I were going to put in all the work I would go with Opti-Coat.

well with combined with the Nanoskin hydrophobic wax..the nanoskin shield bonds with that wax and will last for a year. Even with a Optic Coat type sealant it still will need to be detailed even though its a perm option sealant. I heard (not confirmed) that the nanoskin shield sheets water better then the optic coat...we will see how it performs today after I apply it and do a water sheeting test and review.

I almost feel guilty using this, thats how easy and awesome this stuff is.

I also recently tried Wolfgang Liquid Seal and it too is just as easy. Cant go wrong either way. My CRV and TL have the Wolfgang and my TSX only receives Blackfire.

One coat of BFCS before BFMS

I have not used a sealant yet but will come spring and from what I have been reading and seeing my choice is going to be Blackfire. I myself think I am going to give the Total Polish and Seal a try instead of the Crystal Seal though.
