Hello,

I am planning to buy 105/205 combo but I am undecided about the wax.Recommed me a wax under 20$, that will match with the above mentioned combo.I'll be buying meguiars mild clay too.

Suggestions appreciated!

My short-answer to "which wax?" is always Collinite. Either their 845 Insulator Wax (liquid) or 476S DoubleCoat (paste). If the car doesn't look OK it won't be the Collinite's fault ;)

Shall take a note of it. I posted the thread to get first hand info, in hurry to get the products in day or two.

Cheers!

I've only used the earlier version, that was apperently heavy on the dreaded silicon content. Despite that, I really like it, and no, it never caused *ANY* issues at all, even when I had panels repainted.

So even though I'm just guessing, I'd say it'd probably be fine, but won't last as long as Collinite. Oughta look good on that pearl white color too, even though I don't make huge distinctions based on the vehicle's color in most cases.

So yeah, it's obviously caught your eye, and I'm pretty confident it won't be a *bad* choice.

Read about 3M show car wax on internet only, I don't have first hand experience with it.

Another factor to be consider is,In our country summers last for long and temp is quite high as compare to US and loads of dust.

Taking this into consideration, will 915, still be a good option?

gill- OK, I thought you might have local access to the 3M or something. If not, I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. Nice, but not *that* nice.

With your dust issue, I dunno if 915 would be the best choice

I do think their 845 would be OK dust-wise, but it doesn't last as long for me as it does for some other people.

Hmm...the FK1000P is starting to sound good to me too. It just might be the perfect answer in this case, and it *is* good stuff (I have it on one of my vehicles).
