...and all of them except the 10 WW have tags on them..I figured I'd ask the pros. What have you found to be the easiest way to remove the labels from the towels?

Ripping them off doesn't sound like a good idea..maybe a razor blade with the label flat on a hard surface??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

That has worked for me somewhat, but the stuff that is in the bands are a PITA to get out. I've had to just rip at em somewhat or leave em. I just remember not to expose those areas.

That is a great link!
I cut some of mine off with what used to be called an Exacto knife. I think it was used in model building. It was not nearly easy as the procdure shown appears to be.
If I remember correctly, my Pak Shak towels didnt have any tags to take off. I liked that a whole bunch.

Yep, I've used the method in the link. It works great, but like Woob says, sometimes the pieces caught in the stitching can be difficult - tweezers help:)

Has anyone had any experiances with Vapor Clean MF's? For some reason I think I remember norahcrv mentioning this site in another MF thread. Any feed back positive or negative on these MF's?

No, I don't think I mentioned them, as I've never heard of the name before. Sorry:(
Mine are from Poorboy Steve & PAC Dwayne for paint & Costco & WalMart for the "grungy" jobs. I've been real happy with the Poorboys & PAC's.

I tear mine off real slow and have never had a problem with pieces remaining or ripping the towel. Maybe I am just lucky :)

I use scissors and then hate myself when I cut the thread too. Only happens a few times though and I rack it up to the cost of being me! :)

Lay the towel down pull the tag and cut with a exacto knife. Then with a toothpick or tweesers (pick) or pull out(slowly) the rest that remanins on the seen.I do it this way for years on MF or and clothing that I own.

The tiny scissors featured on Swiss Army knives are great for removing tags from towels. As long as the blades are in good shape, the shape/size of the scissors allows you to make very precise cuts. You can snip the tag's fabric right up to the anchoring thread without accidentally cutting into the thread itself. I find the scissors to be much easier to control than a straight blade.
