I am new to detailing and have had good luck so far. I have a customer that wants his Porsche turbo detailed and polished. I ve detailed many Turbos but none this old. Its a 1986 white turbo. The car has little to few swirls. I want this thing to shine. My issue is that it has no clear coat just a single stage paint job. Please help me choose which of my products will acheive the best results. I will be using a Flex3401 and I have the following in new arsenal.

M105/205

Pinnacle XMT intermediate swirl kit (XMT#3,#1, and caranuba glaze)

Liquid Gloss

Moose Red Glaze, Moose Caranuba Wax liquid

New Mothers Caranuba liquid

Autoglym Paste HD

All colors of the LCC pads

it has clear its just mixed in with the paint otherwise if it had no clear it would be un polishable.start With the least aggressive method first like m205 or one of your pinnacle polishes on a white or green pad and move up from there

Was the car repainted ? My 86 944 N/A has clear ,it shows very small "cracking" in some areas , and a friend who had a detail business 10-15 yrs ago told me this was typical on Porsches of that era . My car is Crystal Green so they are fairly easy to pick out . I used some optimum polish and had very good results on my car . Good Luck !
