Howdy,

I am a newb here and wanted to introduce myself. I joined this forum to ask stupid newb questions that you all have heard thousands of times before. I am totally green in regards to car care and detailing. The main reason I am here is a recently acquired Lincoln Town Car with a bad need for attention.

My car is a 1997 Executive and I wanted to glean some information from you in the know as to the best way to achieve a beautiful finish on my sled. She ain't pretty (think Joan Rivers) and I want to get her closer to Jennifer Lopez looks.

I know I have my work cut out for me, and I am not afraid of work I just don't have a lot of money to play with and my free time will be mostly weekends. I do not plan on doing this for anyone's car but mine so I don't need the top of the line equipment. I just wanted some real world information and figured this is a good place to start.

My name is Bakerman, and I am looking forward to hearing from you. L8r

Well from what I can see I would recommend going with the Klasse Twins to start you out in terms of light polish and protection. Also you will need to Clay bar your ride and have some proper towels for drying and to wipe after polishing. Here are our " How To Guide's " to help you get started.
