Lol yea I noticed your avatar was the same. Yea, i'm trying to. I'd like to learn, I've never actually detailed a car. I figured i'd give my car a shot once winter is over, just don't want to mess it up.
 
ehh its not too hard, theres alot of good info on here. our clearcoat is fairly hard tho so you definitely want to buy a dual action buffer and some aggressive cutting pads!
 
Thats what i'm a little iffy on lol, The buffer and cutting pads, I don't trust myself with that stuff. How much do those usually run?
 
Seems like a good use of my time lol. WEll it's getting warmer outside now so hopefully i'll get some practice in. Only thing that sucks is theres no shade at my house lol.
 
That was my option A. Option B was going to the local car wash and using one of the bays for a few hours lol. Yea I saw that thread you made, you do good work. Only if my garage didn't have so much stuff in it.
