Headlights lens cover...maintenance

What would you guys recommend using to maintain the lens cover to prevent it getting cloudy?
I have Menz. 106ff, final polish, and Intensive Polish available.

after polishing would you use 303 Aerospace protectant or Blackfire sealant which I also have available.

PC 7424 is the only machine I have.

The car is a 1999 Mercedes E-class.

He's got a PC 7424.

After polishing, I use whatever I'm using on the car... Zaino or Blackfire WD.
