HD Total diluted?

Hey guys,

I have searched to no avail to find out if HD Total needs to be diluted for certain app's? On their website I have not seen any mention of diluting it for use on leather and vinyl etc... Any of you guys use it, and how do you go about using it on leather and such? Thank you guys for the help!

Just a quick heads up.

HD specifically recommends Total for "coated" leather. That makes me think it isn't recommended for non coated leather. Granted, many/most manufacturers are using coated leather, but it might be a good idea to check before using the product.

As far as dilution.

The 24 oz. pre-mixed bottle seems to be approximately a 10:1 mix of water to concentrate.

If you go to the HD Pro section of the HD web-site, you will find some different dilution ratios mentioned.

HD said:
The proper mixture of water to concentrate for most surfaces is 10:1 (3 pumps per 32 oz. spray bottle). For very delicate finishes or light cleaning, dilute at 15:1. For exceptionally heavy degreasing dilute at 8:1. HD TOTAL Concentrate may also be used in extractors and floor cleaners in the normal ratio suggested for the mixing chamber.
