HD FINISH (HD AIO) quick detail

Hey Audi - sorry about the late reply - indeed NS needs to stay out of water for 24 hours. Mine didn't. Still lasted awhile though.

Timeline was more what I was looking for. Like it got rained on 10 min after application? 2 hours? We can't always control the weather which I understand. My daily driver got rained on 8 hours after being opti-coated and thankfully months later the coating is still fine. The car I'd likely apply nitro seal to lives in the garage so it's not THAT big of a concern but with limited shelf life I'd probably also apply it to one of the cars that sits out and that car at minimum would have dew or frost on it within hours of application. If I'm wasting my time becasue it won't bond on the car that sits outside I'll skip on that car....but at that point I'll also feel like I'm throwing away product because with it only being good for a couple weeks after opened it'll likely go bad.

Charlie - the product was introduced at SEMA. I brought a bottle home with me, and it is on my wife's van. Our weather is brutal to LSPs. I am keeping an eye on it. While yesterday was sunny, all other days have been raining almost all day. Not heavy rain like the east coast but light and constant.

Has anyone who has used this stuff been able to test for durability yet?

Tunch,

Any word on when this will be available? This looks like it will be a great product to use on a few of my customer's car.

Understood. I wasn't sure if maybe Tunch or one of the guys at 3D had done any testing pre-SEMA, but it sounds like maybe this was a last-minute formulation so little testing was able to happen.

Wasn't a last minute deal for sure. It was finished last minute. :D

Would this be a good product to jewel after uno, using say, a white or blue LC pad? No issues applying Poxy or NS over it, correct?

Can someone elaborate on the difference between UNO and Finish/Speed. They seen very close but that SPEED finishes down finer and contains protection. Is that correct? And how well does SPEED cut for correction on the same pad compared to UNO?

HD Speed is an AIO and LSP in one. It has mild cut ability. It finishes those finicky, soft black paints really well. If you want a fast one step correction product, you should try it. Its is very versatile.

Be sure to look up Woody Wax once he has some in stock.

Can you apply Nitro seal over Speed directly . will it effect durability during the cross link ing process?

My understanding is Yes you can,

Uno, Poxy, Speed and Nitro use the same carriers and are total compatible with each other. If you are worried about it you can always do an IPA wipe down between however I don't think it is necessary.

If it helps I will be applying Nitro over Speed on the weekend and will report back.

To clarify my above question. If I do some heavier correction with Uno and a LC orange, would this product have enough cut to finish up on a LC white? Seems like it, but just curious if it can be used to finish instead of another application of Uno on a LC white.

Thanks

Yes it has enough cut. Plus UNO finishes so well, most other finishing polishes would do well. :D
