HD Cut or M101

Hello folks,


    I almost out of M101. I have been looking into HD Cut and want to know if there are any major differences between the two? Does one product cut faster? Less dust? Longer working times? Less maring?


 


   I use my compounds on a variety of pads (MF, lambs wool, foam, etc) and machines (Makita 9227, GG DA, and soon Rupes 21).


 


   I do like M101. It worked great for me. I actually like M101 better than M100, maybe it's all just in my head, it seemed M101 just out performed M100 in every area except price.


 


   As far as HD products go, I have used Poxy, Polish, and Speed. Love them all. So I am hoping to also love HD Cut.

I reach for HD Cut on every detail. I personally love it. I also keep M101 & 105 with me for back up. M101/105 cut quicker, but produce quite a bit of dust (and troublesome removal) if that matters to you. HD Cut was designed to remove 1200 grit scratches and can do so without any problem. Both M105/101 & HD Cut use non-diminishing abrasives. HD Cut may not cut as quick, but will cut as much. It also has a longer work time.
