disclaimer. I am NOT doing this review for free product. I purchsed this locally at a store that sells HD products

So here is my quick review on HD Adapt.
Test car is my 2012 Mustang GT in pure black. This paint is soft and finicky on things that will finish down well on it. CG V36 on a black BnS pad micromarrs, Optimum final polish II micromarrs on a crimson Hydrotech. So its hard to find something to work well.
This test was done with my Rupes 15 and a Blue BuffnShine pad.
Polished on speed 5 with 3 passes
The product is a light green/blue color
Smells like fish
It was dusting just slightly on me during testing.
Before shot after my 5.0 badge was removed for painting. I scratched the paint up cleaning off all the adhesive. I would say these defects are light/medium

Well thats my quick rundown of HD Adapt. I will say it seems to be a VERY good product and not just all hype

yes i have HD polish. It is pretty good but this seems to be able to correct more. HD polish seems to dust alot for me

Good to hear, I got me some Adapt on the way and am going to put this stuff to the test on a bunch of cars in a couple of weeks...hope it works as well as it did for you. Thanks for the review.

Nice job! Can't believe you got that kind of correction with a blue pad! This is a COMPOUND you used with no marring! That's pretty impressive!

A little birdy told me I got a 32oz bottle of Adapt for Christmas. Ive waited for this to come out for a long time, so I'm pretty excited to try it. Your results look great btw.

Do you suspect a more aggressive pad might be needed on something like a PC for similar results?

With my Griots same blue 5.5" buff n shine pad used on speed 6
It took 4 passes to break down the polish to the point it took the rupes 3 passes to do
I wiped the car with a dry paper towel to scratch it for the testing

The results seem to be the same..removed the defects and finished down marr free perfectly

Vader--Thanks for taking the time to do this extra testing. I have a different situation--rock hard VW paint and it takes too much time to remove light marring with HD Polish--want to move up to something that will make the job easier without introducing a compounding step. Perhaps Adapt on a B&S orange (or even green) pad might do the trick.
