Every time I use my 6" DA i can get the wax or polish applied really well, but when it comes to wiping it off with a microfiber towel It is nearly impossible it dries on to were I have to scrub it off or It leaves awful streaks on my hood and trunk. Any solutions out there?

Thanks

Some polishes are just a lot easier/harder to buff off than others. I like to use Meguiar's M34 when buffing off tenacious ones as it provides a little more lubricity than plain water (or IPA).

Waxes oughta buff off easily as long as you a) don't use too much (I'd use even less than Yakky recommended) and b) apply onto a decently prepped surface (smooth, clean, etc.).

Sounds like you are using way too much wax. And to be quite honest, you should be able to apply wax a lot faster by hand and control how much you are applying anyway.
