Have you ever dealt with this?

I have a new black Mustang GT and in the sun I can see what would appear to be tiny water spots but I am not sure that they are. I think they are actually in the clear coat. Do you have any idea what I might be seeing? I have used a clay bar and polished etc. but they are still there. :think:

You will have to either use a more abrasive compound, learn to live with them, or use a wax/sealant with some fillers to hide them.
 
New vehicle, man that stinks, where are you located, there might be an Autopian around you that can help.
 
Could be acid rain etching. If the spots are raised, it could be rail dust and in that case, since it is a new car, Ford should do a free ABC wash on the car since there is a TSB out for rail dust and Fords.
