A lady my gf works with wants me to clean her interior and she has some hard spots where she has spilled beverages. I have a hoover steamvac, will that get it out or can those spots not be removed?

Hoover steamvac?? That MAY work, , I know my Cobra DLX woudl get it out, but that is a $2400 extractor and heats water to 200 degrees and sucks with 200" of vacuum.

I woudl use woolite mixed 50/50 with water and lightly work it in with a soft brissle brush so as not to disturb the fibers of the seat any more then you have too. Then let sit and do it again. Then you plain water and rinse the spot off and wet vac it as dry as you can.

What are the seats made of...leather or material?

I'm guessing that its material if you are thinking about steam

yes sorry they are cloth

Then as suggested the Woolite and water should do the trick...some APC mixed 10/1 water to APC would be another, try this in a small area to make sure that it doesn't fad the material.... you want to soften the hard areas with soaking them then rinse and extract with a shop vac.

Your steam machine would concern me as steam is real hot and could melt the fibers in the material....most all seats and rugs in cars are made from a plastic based material
