Hard Water Spot/Stain on Hood

I own a 2014 BMW. I have some hard water spots on my hood. I washed the vehicle and the hard water spots still remain.

What is the best/safest way to remove the water spots?

Safest method is to try CarPro Spotless Water Spot Remover

CarPro Spotless Water Spot Remover 50 ml.

I would start with a paint cleaner like Megs Deep Crystal paint cleaner or Poorboys World Pro-Polish the later of the two is my go to for your problem.
